Manufacturing

Six stages. One planter. No shortcuts.

Every piece is hand-laid, cured and finished under one roof in Bengaluru — so the surface you specify is the surface you receive.

Stage 1

Mould making

Masters are CNC-cut then hand-sculpted, sealed and polished until the surface is mirror-true.

Stage 2

Hand lay-up

Layered fibreglass mat is saturated with marine-grade resin and rolled by hand to remove every air pocket.

Stage 3

Controlled curing

A full 24-hour cure at regulated humidity — the step most factories rush, and the reason our pots don't warp.

Stage 4

Trim & reinforce

Rims are trimmed, bases reinforced, and drainage drilled to your specification.

Stage 5

Wet sanding

Five grades of wet sanding take the shell from raw to glass-smooth.

Stage 6

Gel-coat & finish

Matte, satin, gloss, stone or metallic — colour-matched to any RAL or Pantone reference.
