Reporting a problem
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below.
What to share
Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging showing the issue. This helps us review your request quickly.
Verification and approval
All returns and replacements are subject to verification and approval by our team. We will confirm the next steps once your request is reviewed.
Custom-made products
Products made to custom sizes or custom colours are manufactured specifically for your order and may have different return eligibility. Such requests are reviewed case by case.
Condition of returned products
If a return is approved, the product should be returned in the condition requested by our team, along with its original packaging where possible.
Returns and refunds
An approved return does not automatically mean a refund; depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or repair. Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.
