Product information and availability
We aim to describe our products accurately. Handmade FRP products may have minor variations in colour, finish and dimensions. Availability may change without notice; some items are made to order.
Pricing and GST
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. GST is applied as shown at checkout and on your invoice. Retail pricing applies to quantities of 1–9 pieces, and wholesale pricing applies automatically for 10 pieces or more of the same item.
Custom sizes and colours
Where custom sizes or colours are offered, specifications, pricing and timelines will be confirmed with you before manufacturing.
Orders and confirmation
Each order receives a unique order number. For online payments, an order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified. We may decline or cancel an order in case of errors, unavailability or suspected misuse.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate name, contact, address and GSTIN details. Incorrect information may affect delivery and invoicing.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment, Cash on Delivery and payment requested via WhatsApp, depending on what is enabled at the time.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy.
